Stuffed cucumbers are one of my favorite foods! It is healthy, easy and can vary in flavor!
This is a great breakfast and/or snack!
Fruits of choice
1. Cut the cucumber in half
2. Carve the inside of the cucumber
3. Roll a piece of turkey and stuff it inside
4. Stuff about 2 slices of avocados
5. Add in olives and any other condiments
6. Add your favorite fruit to the side and jazz it up with whipped cream (honey, chocolate drizzle, yogurt work too)
This is super easy! And you can always change what you stuff the cucumber with !
